These terms govern your use of the website operated by Workspace Partners ("we" or "us") at workspace-partners.com (the "Site"). Using the Site means you accept them.
Using the Site
The Site describes employee recognition and perks for startup teams and offers forms for getting in touch. Use it lawfully and without interfering with its operation. In particular, do not:
- Submit false, misleading, or abusive content.
- Submit forms with automated tools without our permission.
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting, or related systems.
Messages
Sending us a message or a qualification request does not create a client relationship or oblige us to provide services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement. Information you submit is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Ownership
The Site's text, design, and logo belong to Workspace Partners. Retailer names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and appear only to indicate the gift cards available; they do not imply endorsement. You may view the Site for your own information and may not copy or republish its content without permission.
No warranties
The Site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available but make no promises that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the Site.
Third parties
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare and relies on Postmark for email delivery. Their availability and practices are their own.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
